  • What props are you interested in renting? Check out our catalogue to find what speaks to your project.

  • Check out our in-house studio options. By using our prop rentals in-house, you can save 60-90% on your rentals.

  • Reach out to us with your prop list, desired studio space, budget, and availability. We’ll get back to you with our options and rates.

  • Grab your production team and visit us before renting your space. Once you decide you’re ready, sign our Rental Contract to reserve your studio and props! See you soon!

Loading Dock

  • Loading Dock: 1750 sq feet

    Ceiling: 14’ garage, 12’3” dock

    All windows and doors can be controlled: either blacked out or filtered for light.

    Tables: vintage work tables and sawhorses

    Vintage industrial chairs

    Industrial Drop Lights – RGB/bi-lights that can be remote-controlled. These lights are included in the rental agreement.

    1x Parabolic Softbox Remote-Control Overhead Bi-Light RBG Studio Light – Remote-controlled softbox overhead light, included in the rental. It is fixed in place unless taken down before the shoot.

    Climate Control:

    Heating Units, very quiet and are hidden discreetly

    3x Battery Heated Vests, for those susceptible to chills

    Loading ramps

    Freight Elevator: 4’6”W x 4’6”D x 7’H; Door Width, 3’7”

The Industrial Loft: Empty industrial-style room with exposed brick walls, wooden beams, scattered vintage furniture, and colored ambient lighting.

    The skylights, rear door, and industrial fan can be controlled: either blacked out or filtered for light.
